As we continue to grow our Energy, Infrastructure, and Transition (EIT) Investment Banking business into a leading global franchise, we are pleased to announce the addition of new team members to complement our existing platform as we remain committed to meeting the evolving ambitions and priorities of our clients.
 
To further our leadership in this space, the following individuals have joined our Global Investment Banking team:
 
David Yeh, Managing Director, EIT
 
David is a veteran climate investor, executive and impact leader, with over 23 years of climate investing and advisory experience, including as Senior Advisor in the Obama administration where he helped lead the $76 billion Department of Energy Loans Program.
 
Neil Davids, Managing Director, EIT
 
Neil brings over 20 years of experience advising power and renewables clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising and other strategic initiatives. Neil is joining us from BNP Paribas, where he was Co-Head of Energy and Renewables Investment Banking, US, and previously, J.P. Morgan.
 
David Janashvili, Managing Director, EIT

David brings over 13 years of advisory and capital raising experience, notably from Canaccord Genuity and previously Moelis & Co. where he focused on utilities, climate technology and energy transition.
 
Rutuja Jagtap, Executive Director, EIT
 
Rutuja has 11 years of experience in the energy sector. Most recently, Rutuja covered renewables and energy transition for Mizuho’s investment banking team in New York. In addition, she has previously worked at Lazard and Marathon Capital in similar investment banking roles covering power and renewables. Rutuja started her career with GE Power and Water in strategy and operations based out of Singapore and India.
 
Each will help deliver industry-leading advice and capital markets solutions to clients across the full energy transition spectrum, while working closely with our global offices in Toronto, Calgary, New York, Houston, London, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Sydney, Bogotá, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Building on our strong momentum, growing our EIT Investment Banking team will further our combined expertise, scale and reach to help our clients achieve their ambitions, while delivering growth across our bank.
